For being Verba et Acta “Thought and Action,” we will continuously manifest ourselves to a higher level and apply our creative collaboration to carry out our mission and vision either in Haiti or in the US. We will converge the experiences, accomplishments, talents, and knowledge that we have through volunteering to give back to our community and motivate others to engage their energies and focus on community development.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT
All charitable donations are tax deductible.
It is Volunteer Haiti-policy that all donations made for a specific project will be used exclusively for that project, with a maximum of 15% being used for administrative purposes and fundraising expenses. Supplementary funds allocated to a specific project will be transferred to a similar project designated to expand our Mission and Vision as a volunteer social network. However, when natural disasters or unexpected needs arise, surplus funds may be used to be responsive to critical situations.

POUR ÊTRE NOMME VH-AMBASSADEUR:
1- Être membre de VH et maîtrisé la mission et vision de l’organisation.
2- Avoir effectué au moins 300 heures de volontariat certifié par le coordonnateur général de votre juridiction.
3- Être en mesure d’élaborer et d’exécuter un projet.
4- Avoir une large connaissance des ressources, des besoins, des communes et des gens du département intéressé.
5- Avoir déjà mobilisé, recruté, et formé des volontaires au nom de VH.
6- Être en mesure de fournir des informations sur la ou les commune(e) intéressée(s).
7- Avoir un certificat de bonne vie et mœurs délivré par DCPJ.
8- Présenter un projet à VH reflétant les besoins de la ou des commune(s) intéressée(s).
9- Être disponible et être en mesure de vivre à la campagne pour au moins 3 mois.
10- Être un universitaire ou un technicien qualifié pour le ou les besoins de la ou des commune(s) intéressée(s).
11- Avoir au moins une lettre de recommandation des autorités locales élues ou nommées, ou encore, de l’organisation sollicitant de VH le support administratif ou technique.
12- Être discipliné, modéré, un bon communicateur et par-dessus tout, faire preuve de leadership.
13- Avoir la passion pour le volontariat et pour le développement des collectivités territoriales.
NB: La direction exécutive de VH a la discrétion d’ajouter ou de relever des conditions permettant à un(e) membre de devenir un (e) ambassadeur.

The caravan of Volunteer Haiti plans to implement three social projects related to Environment, Healthcare, and Social development by the end of this year. Different teams in Dominican Republic, Haiti, and the US are working to come up with a rational decision about the most vulnerable local cities, which should benefit of these projects in Haiti.
In the meantime, we encourage our members, skills-based volunteers, and supporters to sign up to volunteer with us or to contribute for the realization of these projects.
